What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in your ride-on. If a part fails through no fault of normal use, our team will help you get it working again.

If anything seems defective, just contact us or email support@firstrideon.com and we'll take care of it.

What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover issues caused by normal use, accident or outside factors, including:

  • Normal wear and tear (for example, tires wearing down over time)
  • Water damage, submersion, or riding in heavy rain
  • Rough use, collisions, or overloading beyond the stated age/weight limit
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Cosmetic marks, scratches or fading from regular play
  • Damage caused by missing assembly steps or using the wrong battery/charger

Batteries are consumable items: a gradual reduction in run time after many charge cycles is normal and is not a defect.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@firstrideon.com or through our Contact Us page.
  2. Share your order number and a short description of the issue, plus a photo or short video so we can identify the part.
  3. We confirm the cause and, where covered, ship the replacement part free of charge (within months 3–6).
  4. Most small-part requests are handled within a few business days once the issue is confirmed.

Please keep your original order number — it is the fastest way for us to verify your coverage.
