36V Off-Road UTV for Big Kids: Real Trail Power for Two
The First Ride On 36V 2-Seater Electric Off-Road UTV is built for the moment your child outgrows the driveway. With a reinforced steel frame, a 36V 9Ah battery, and dual 250W motors, it keeps pulling when the ground turns to grass, gravel, or packed dirt — the conditions where a 12V or 24V ride-on starts to bog down. Two real seats, three-point belts for both riders, and a 60 kg (132 lb) load rating mean siblings can ride together without the vehicle feeling strained.
It drives like a real UTV, not a toy: a variable-speed throttle pedal, electronic brake pedal, forward/reverse shifting, and a soft-start/soft-stop system that eases into motion instead of lurching. Rear dual suspension and 35 cm EVA foam tires smooth out uneven ground.
- 36V Power Under Load — 36V 9Ah battery with dual 250W motors (2×777) holds momentum on grass, gravel, and mild slopes
- True 2-Seater — 52 cm wide bench, 22 cm seat depth, three-point safety belt for each rider
- Reinforced Steel Frame — 39.1 kg metal chassis, rated to 60 kg (132 lb), built for ages 6+
- Real UTV Controls — variable-speed throttle, electronic brake pedal, forward/reverse, soft start & stop
- All-Terrain Ride — dual rear suspension + 35 cm EVA foam tires for grip on grass, gravel, and dirt
Key Features of 36V Kids UTV
36V Power That Doesn't Fade on Grass and Slopes
The 36V 9Ah battery gives the motors more electrical headroom, so the UTV keeps its pulling power when resistance increases — thick grass, loose gravel, uneven ground, or a second rider on board. Dual 250W motors (2×777) deliver 9–14 km/h (5.6–8.7 mph) across two speed settings, with genuine climbing ability rather than a slow crawl. Expect 45–60 minutes of run time on level ground with a 60 kg load, and 25–45 minutes on grass.
Built Like a Real Off-Roader, Not a Plastic Toy
A 39.1 kg reinforced steel frame carries the whole vehicle, not just the body panels. Combined with rear dual suspension and large 35 cm EVA foam tires (12 cm wide), it absorbs the bumps that shake apart lighter ride-ons. The result is a stable, planted ride across mixed terrain instead of a rattling one.
Genuine UTV Driving Controls
This is where the 36V UTV separates itself from a typical ride-on. Your child gets a variable-speed throttle pedal for smooth, proportional acceleration, an electronic brake pedal, forward and reverse shifting, and a soft start/soft stop system that prevents sudden jolts. It feels like driving — because it works like driving.
Safe for Two, Comfortable for Two
The bench seat measures 52 cm wide with a 22 cm seat depth and 30 cm backrest — genuinely spacious for two children or one bigger rider. Each position has its own three-point safety belt. For ages 6+ and up to 60 kg (132 lb).
Lights, Bluetooth Music and FM Radio
Front dual headlights, a full-width light bar across the windshield, and two rear lights on the seat backrest keep the UTV visible and the play going after sunset. Built-in Bluetooth music and FM radio let kids bring their own soundtrack on the trail. (Note: the speaker system is for playback — there is no built-in music library.)
54 cm Rear Storage Box for Toys and Snacks
A dedicated cargo box measuring 54 × 16 × 12.5 cm sits behind the seats — enough for toys, water bottles, or a picnic on the trail. It's a small detail that makes longer outdoor sessions practical.

9 reviews for First Ride On 36V 2-Seater Electric Off-Road UTV
Clear filtersWhat age is the 36V 2-Seater UTV for?
It is recommended for children aged 6 and up, with a maximum load of 60 kg (132 lb). It suits older kids who have outgrown a 12V or 24V ride-on and are ready for a vehicle with real driving controls.
How fast does it go?
It runs 9–14 km/h (5.6–8.7 mph) across two speed settings — low and high. Start your child on the low setting on flat ground and move up only when they're confident with the steering.
How long does the battery last on a charge?
Expect 45–60 minutes of continuous riding on flat ground with a 60 kg load, and 25–45 minutes on grass, where the motors work harder. Terrain, rider weight, and speed setting all affect actual run time.
How long does the battery take to charge?
A full charge takes 8–12 hours. Always charge fully before the first ride, and use only the original 36V 1000MA charger supplied with the UTV.
Can it really carry two children?
Yes. This is a genuine 2-seater with a 52 cm wide bench seat, a 22 cm seat depth, and a three-point safety belt for each rider. The 36V system and dual 250W motors are sized to carry two riders without the vehicle feeling strained.
Does it come with a parent remote control?
No — this model does not include a parent remote. It is designed for children 6+ to drive themselves, using the variable-speed throttle pedal, electronic brake pedal, and forward/reverse controls. The soft start/soft stop system keeps acceleration smooth and predictable.
Does it run on grass and uneven ground?
Yes. This is what the 36V system is for. Dual rear suspension and 35 cm EVA foam tires give it traction and comfort across grass, gravel, packed dirt, and uneven yards, and the higher-voltage battery helps it hold momentum on mild slopes.
What is the maximum weight it can carry?
60 kg (132 lb) total. Keep in mind that approaching the limit — especially with two riders — will reduce usable run time and hill-climbing performance.
Is it hard to assemble?
No. It ships largely pre-assembled. Most families finish setup in 30–45 minutes using the illustrated manual. Make sure to connect the battery and charge it fully for 8–12 hours before the first ride.
What is covered by the warranty?
A 6-month parts warranty starts on your delivery date. The first 3 months covers full manufacturing defects on the whole ride-on; months 3–6 covers free replacement of common small parts. Normal wear items (like tires) and water damage are not covered. See the warranty policy for full details.

This is a really cool ride-on car overall and my son absolutely enjoys it.
Assembly was fairly easy using the instructions provided, and my son even enjoyed helping me put it together.
It has good speed and the option to switch between high and low settings, which makes it easy for kids to control how fast they want to go. The battery life also seems strong and has not run out during use so far.
However, there were a few issues. The headlight plastic part arrived broken, and it seems it was already damaged before shipping since no loose pieces were found in the box.
After a few days of use, the seat became loose when the screws pulled through the plastic during a crash, and the steering wheel also came loose later on. I was able to fix both issues by using stronger screws and thread locker, and it has been fine since then.
Despite these problems, my son still really enjoys it, and if it weren’t for the minor build issues, I would have given it a full 5-star rating.
This ride-on is absolutely packed with fun. It is outrageously enjoyable for the kids, and the whole family had a great time getting it ready. My husband and our sons-in-law assembled it in about 30 minutes, and they even tested it thoroughly before handing it over to my grandson.
The battery performance has really impressed us—it is still running strong after half a day of continuous play.
It also feels very well built. It has already gone through plenty of “testing” from the older kids in the family and has held up without any issues.
On top of that, it just looks fantastic. The front and rear lights, Bluetooth speaker, and overall design make it feel like a real mini vehicle. And when it gets going, it really moves—it’s much faster and more exciting than expected.
Overall, this has been a fantastic ride-on so far and brings a lot of joy every time it’s used.
We got this ride-on 2-seater UTV for our son and he absolutely loves it.
The build quality feels very solid, with a strong metal frame and suspension that adds to the overall durability and comfort during rides.
It has a good balance of speed and safety, making it fun for kids while still feeling controlled and stable.
The EVA wheels perform well on different surfaces, which allows for smoother rides both indoors and outdoors.
The Bluetooth music feature is also a great bonus that adds extra excitement for the kids.
Overall, this is a very well-built and highly enjoyable ride-on vehicle that delivers great value and lots of fun.
I am honestly very impressed with this ride-on car.
The acceleration and braking are both very smooth and gradual, which makes it feel safe and controlled while still being fun and responsive to drive.
It is actually more powerful than I expected—so much so that I made sure my granddaughter wears a helmet while using it, just to be safe.
Overall, this is a fantastic ride-on and I would highly recommend it.
We got this for our son as a Christmas gift, and he absolutely loves it. It has easily been one of our best purchases so far.
Assembly did take some time, but there was a helpful video available which made the process much easier to follow compared to the paper instructions.
Once it was ready, everything worked exactly as expected. Our son was thrilled from the moment he saw it.
What surprised us most is that even our 11-month-old daughter enjoys riding along with her 6-year-old brother, which makes it even more fun for the whole family.
Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and has brought a lot of joy to our kids.
I bought the First Ride On 36V 2-seater utility vehicle for my 7-year-old son, and it has been a complete success from day one.
Performance and Power
The 400W motor provides strong and reliable power, easily carrying two children within the recommended weight range. The speed range of 8–13 km/h feels well balanced—safe enough for peace of mind, but still exciting for kids to enjoy.
Ease of Use
The controls are very intuitive and easy for beginners to understand. My son and his friend were both able to learn how to drive it quickly without any issues.
Suitability
This ride-on is ideal for children over 6 years old. The two-seater design makes it especially fun for social play, allowing kids to ride together comfortably.
Overall Impression
It has been a great purchase overall. From day one, it has delivered consistent performance, hours of entertainment, and a very positive experience for both kids.
Overall, this is a very powerful and capable ride-on car with strong speed, torque, and structural strength. The frame includes a solid steel rear axle and metal front connections, which gives it a reassuring level of durability for its category.
Although the listed maximum weight is 60kg (132lbs), I tested the frame structure more carefully before allowing my child to use it and found it could support additional load on the reinforced metal frame sections.
That said, the performance is impressive. The high-speed mode is very fast and requires careful handling, especially when turning, so supervision is definitely important for younger riders.
Positive Design Features
Concerns and Issues
There are several design and assembly issues that I think are worth noting:
Modifications
I also added a basic remote kill-switch for safety purposes, as this is more of an independent ride-on designed for older or more experienced children.
Final Thoughts
Despite the issues listed above, the ride-on performs very well in terms of power, speed, and overall driving experience. It feels more like a high-performance kids vehicle than a simple toy, but it does require careful assembly and awareness of its design limitations.
This is a very heavy and durable ride-on vehicle. Assembly was fairly straightforward, although it is worth noting that the unit itself weighs over 100 pounds and is quite large once fully built.
Based on our experience, I would recommend it for children roughly between 6 and 9 years old, or possibly a smaller 10-year-old.
Performance-wise, it steers well and actually goes faster than expected. The colors look great in person, and overall it has a strong, solid feel when driving.
One pleasant surprise was the built-in radio and sound effects, which are clear and add a lot of excitement for kids during play.
We haven’t had the chance to use it outdoors yet due to snow and ice, but the build quality gives us confidence that it will handle outdoor conditions well once we do.
Overall, I originally expected more plastic construction, but it turned out to be mostly metal and feels very durable. It seems like a product that will last for a long time and offers excellent value for the price.
I bought this electric car for my grandkids and it has been definitely worth the money. They absolutely love it and enjoy every moment of riding it.
Assembly did take a little over an hour, and there are quite a few parts to put together, so it does require some patience during setup.
One nice feature is that it comes with two batteries, which helps extend the overall ride time and keeps the kids playing longer without interruption.
It also runs very quietly, which is a pleasant surprise compared to other similar ride-on toys.
Overall, it has been a great purchase and my grandkids are very happy with it.
