1. Our Promise

We offer a 30-day return window and responsive customer support to ensure your satisfaction.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, returns or refunds may not be accepted.
3. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following:
- Unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging (including all parts, accessories, manuals)
- No signs of wear, riding, or outdoor use
- Not damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or handling
⚠️ Important (Ride-On Products):
Due to the nature of electric ride-on toys, any product that has been:
- Assembled
- Used (even lightly)
- Driven outdoors
will not be eligible for return, unless it is defective.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
- Used or assembled ride-on vehicles
- Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
- Missing parts not caused by us
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
We will resolve the issue by:
- Sending replacement parts, OR
- Sending a replacement product, OR
- Issuing a full or partial refund
👉 We prioritize fast resolution without requiring unnecessary returns whenever possible.
6. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved in advance.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or not refunded.

7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Refund approval or rejection will be notified
If approved:
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–10 business days
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item is not in original condition
- Parts or packaging are missing
- Item shows signs of use
- Return is outside the standard window
9. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund
For high-value items, we strongly recommend:
- Trackable shipping
- Shipping insurance
⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
10. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

11. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift:
- You will receive a store credit after return approval
If not marked as a gift:
- Refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Please do NOT send items back without contacting us first.

13. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

14. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped:
- You must follow the return process
- Shipping fees may not be refundable
